TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before your booking, we recommend reading our Terms and Conditions. In there you’ll find our cancellation policy and postponement guidelines:3.3 CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING CONDITIONS SAUNA BOATS

- Up to 7 days before rental start, the full amount will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of CHF 30.00.
- For cancellations between 7 days and 48h before the start of the rental, half or 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations less than 48h before rental start, the full amount must be paid, and there will be no refund.
- Any cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the customer and is recommended.
- Instead of a cancellation, bookings can also be postponed. Please contact us by email (mail@bootsvermietungenge.ch) with the indication of the new desired and available date and time. A postponement fee of CHF 30.00 per boat will be charged if the booking is postponed between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the rental period. A fee of CHF 80.00 per boat will be charged for last-minute postponements less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period. No postponements are possible less than 6 hours before the start of the rental period.
- Due to weather conditions, it may be necessary for Boat Rental Enge to cancel bookings, especially in case of a storm warning.
Rules and regulations
The tenant is also the skipper of the boat and is fully responsible for the boat and its passengers. He/she is fully liable for any damage to persons and property. The tenant is obligated to strictly observe the following regulations:

- Access to the shore is only permitted at our boat rental Bootsvermietung Enge.
- The minimum distance to the shore is 150 meters.
- Course ships, fishing boats and sailing boats always have right of way.
- The minimum distance to course ships is 50 meters.
- In the event of a storm alarm (orange flashing light 90 times per minute), contact our boat rental immediately.
- If the boat is not anchored, one person must always be ready to maneuver.
- It is prohibited for our rental boats to lie side by side or even to tie them next to each other. Of course, this also applies to any other boat on the lake.
- The driver must not be under the influence of alcohol (max. 0.5 per mille).

Where is the starting point for my sauna boat booking?

I WANT TO BOOK BOTH SAUNA BOATS SIMULTANEOUSLY. WHAT RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED?
- A maximum of 6 people are allowed per boat.
- Both boats must always maintain a minimum distance of 50 meters from each other. Both groups must stay on their respective boats until the end.
- Docking the boats together is not permitted.
- While boating and anchoring, a minimum distance of 150 meters from the shore must be maintained.
CAN I BUY DRINKS AND SNACKS ON SITE AND TAKE THEM ON THE BOAT?
We have a small selection of beer, sparkling water, and soft drinks available for purchase on site, which you can take with you. We do not offer snacks. Generally, refreshments and snacks can be consumed on the sauna boat as long as there is no excessive mess. You are also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks on board.
DOES MY BOOKING TAKE PLACE IN ANY WEATHER?
Generally, yes. However, if a storm warning is active, we are not allowed to let the boats leave for safety reasons. If this happens, the following options are available:
- Sauna on the boat at our pier (without departure) - a 30% reduction of the booking amount.
- Reschedule the booking to a new date free of charge.
- Cancel the booking without any cancellation fees.
IS THERE A TOILET ON THE SAUNA BOAT?
No, there are no toilets on the sauna boat. You can use the public restrooms located just above our boat rental at Hafen Beiz Enge before departure and after arrival.
