• Incl. fully comprehensive insurance, excess CHF 2’000.00.
• We need approx. 15 minutes for the handover and instruction. Please be with us before the start of the booked time.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We recommend that you read our terms and conditions before you book. You can find them under the following link. The terms and conditions for cancelation and postponement are as follows:

3.3 CONDITIONS FOR CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING SAUNA BOATS

• Up to 7 days before the start of the rental period, the full amount will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of CHF 30.00 per boat.
• In the event of cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the rental, half or 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period must be paid in full or will not be refunded.
• Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the customer and is recommended.
• Bookings can also be postponed instead of canceled. A postponement fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged if the booking is postponed between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the rental period. If the booking is postponed less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, a postponement fee of CHF 80.00 will be charged. Please contact us by e-mail (mail@bootsvermietungenge.ch) stating the new desired and still available date and time. No postponements are possible less than 6 hours before the start of the rental period.
• Due to weather conditions, bookings may have to be canceled by Boat Rental Enge, especially in the event of a storm warning.

The hirer is also the skipper of the boat and is fully responsible for the boat and its occupants. He/she is fully liable for any damage to persons and property. The hirer undertakes to strictly observe the following regulations:

• Access to the shore is only permitted at the Enge boat rental.
• The minimum distance to the shore is 150 meters.
• Course boats, fishing boats and sailing boats always have right of way.
• The minimum distance to course ships is 50 meters.
• In the event of a storm warning (orange flashing light 90 times per minute), contact the Enge boat rental company immediately.
• The driver must not be under the influence of alcohol. (max. 0.5 per mille).
• Our rental boats may not be moored together or next to each other. This naturally applies to other people’s boats, too.
